1. Maintenance Charges

The maintenance charges cover the upkeep of the white-labeled application hosted on our servers. This includes periodic updates to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

2. White-Labeling vs. Configuration

White-labeling the platform refers strictly to branding the application as per the client’s identity. It does not include configuration or customisation of the platform’s features or settings

Cuilsoft Pvt. Ltd. will provide comprehensive training materials and guidance to assist the client in configuring the platform. However, the responsibility for the actual configuration rests solely with the client.

3. Non-Responsive Client Clause

If the client does not respond for a period exceeding 7 days, despite follow-up attempts, Cuilsoft reserves the right to put the project on hold

If the non-responsiveness continues for more than 14 days, the company may choose to terminate the contract without any liability.

4. Payment Terms

The kick-off payment is non-refundable under any circumstances

An 18% GST is applicable to the total cost for clients based in India.

5. Plan Expiry & Renewal

Upon plan expiration, standard charges will apply as per the plans available at that time. The client may choose from any of the active plans offered by Cuilsoft Pvt. Ltd. at the time of renewal.

6. Project Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline for the solution is 10–12 working days, which begins from the official project kick-off date and only after all necessary requirements have been provided by the client.
