TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the services, platforms, and website provided by Cuilsoft Pvt. Ltd.. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Maintenance Charges

Maintenance charges cover the upkeep of the white-labeled application hosted on Cuilsoft’s servers. This includes routine updates required to ensure optimal performance, security, and compatibility.

2. White-Labeling vs Configuration

White-labeling refers strictly to branding the platform according to the client’s identity and does not include feature configuration or customization.

Cuilsoft Pvt. Ltd. will provide training materials and guidance to assist in configuration. However, the responsibility for configuration lies solely with the client.

3. Non-Responsive Client Clause

If the client fails to respond for more than 7 days, despite follow-ups, Cuilsoft reserves the right to place the project on hold.
If non-responsiveness continues beyond 14 days, Cuilsoft may terminate the agreement without any liability.

4. Payment Terms

The kick-off payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
An additional 18% GST is applicable for clients based in India.

5. Plan Expiry & Renewal

Upon plan expiration, renewal charges will apply based on the current active plans at the time of renewal. The client may choose any available plan offered by Cuilsoft Pvt. Ltd.

6. Project Timeline

The estimated delivery timeline is 10–12 working days, commencing only after the official project kick-off and receipt of all required inputs from the client.

7. Changes to Terms

Cuilsoft Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
